1. Product Identification

3. Declaration of Conformity
Anio GmbH hereby declares under its sole responsibility that the packaging 
supplied with the products listed above constitutes compliance with Article 6 of 
Regulation (EU) 2025/40 of the European Parliament and of the Council on 
packaging and packaging waste (PPWR).
Specifically, we certify that the sum of concentration levels of the following heavy 
metals:
• Lead (Pb)
• Cadmium (Cd)
• Mercury (Hg)
• Hexavalent Chromium (Cr VI)

present in any packaging component (including but not limited to paperboard, inks, 
coatings, adhesives, and liners) does not exceed 100 mg/kg (100 ppm) by weight.
