As an iOS user, you can use the smart contact card to view your child's location on the map.
The back of the card provides space for the most important contacts and phone numbers, so that your child always knows who to call in case of emergency.

To charge the BagTag, you need a wireless QI charger.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Anio GmbH, Ludwig-Sütterlin-Str., 3, 28355 Bremen, Germany, support@anio.watch, telephone: 004942133619347) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://anio.eu/pages/widerruf-formular. If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt without delay on a durable medium (e.g. by email), containing information about the content of the declaration of withdrawal and the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Does the card also work with Android?

No. The tracking uses Apple’s “Find My” network and therefore only works with iOS devices.

How do I set up the card?

Fully charge the BagTag and switch it on. Open “Find My” on your iPhone and add another item under “Items”. Go to the step-by-step guide

How do I top up the card?

With a Qi charger. Place the card's lightning bolt symbol on the active charging area. While charging, the LED lights up red; when fully charged, it turns green.

How can I see how full the battery is?

Open the “Items” section in Apple’s “Find” app and select your BagTag. The battery level is displayed there.

What do I write on the back with?

With a permanent marker, for example the edding 404 offered in the Anio Shop.

What is the difference compared to the Anio 6?

The BagTag uses Apple’s “Find My” network to show its location and provides space for written emergency contacts. The Anio 6 is a children’s smartwatch with calling functionality and its own parental app.
