Anio Smartwatch Pencil Case – the safe place for your child's kids' smartwatch

In many schools, children are not allowed to wear their Anio Kids Smartwatch on their wrist. Nevertheless, the watch should be well protected when your child stores it in their school bag. That is exactly what the Anio Smartwatch Pencil Case is made for – a robust protective case that reliably protects the smartwatch from bumps, scratches, and dirt.

On the outside, the pencil case is made of durable fabric, like the kind you know from high-quality pencil cases or school bags. Inside, an extra soft, fluffy padding awaits, so that the watch lies safely and protected. The all-around zipper ensures that nothing can fall out in the school bag – even if things get a bit hectic.

Inside, a practical holder keeps the watch in place, so that it does not slide back and forth. In the small inner compartment, you can put, for example, a note with emergency numbers or your child's name – ideal for school, after-school care, and trips.

You can choose the Anio Smartwatch Pencil Case in two colors:

blue – classic and cool
hibiscus – cheerful and eye-catching

This way, every child can find the design that suits them best.

Information on the right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Anio GmbH, Ludwig-Sütterlin-Str., 3, 28355 Bremen, Germany, support@anio.watch, telephone: 004942133619347) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://anio.eu/pages/widerruf-formular. If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt without delay on a durable medium (e.g. by email), containing information about the content of the declaration of withdrawal and the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
