Terms and Conditions for the EURO 2024 Anio Sweepstakes

1. Organizer

The company and the competition are not affiliated with the trademark owners of the EURO jersey.

2. Eligibility

All natural persons over the age of 18 residing in Germany are eligible to participate. Employees and relatives of the company are excluded from participating.

3. Terms and Conditions

To participate in the competition, an Anio 6 Kids Smartwatch must be purchased via anio.eu during the promotional period from 03.06.2024 to 21.06.2024. One scratch card is provided for each watch ordered. Example: If one person orders two Anio 6 Kids Smartwatches, they will receive two scratch cards with a chance to win.

4. Prizes and Redemption

4.1 Main Prize

Participants who scratch off the main prize (1 of 20 official adidas DFB EURO 2024 Germany home jerseys in children's size incl. personalization of the back number) must contact support@anio.watch customer support. After checking the prize code, the participant must submit the desired size and personalization to the company by email or telephone. The prize will then be produced and shipped directly to the customer.

4.1.1 Change of the Prize Item

The organizer reserves the right to replace the originally announced prize item (EURO jersey with personalization) with an equivalent item if the originally announced item is no longer available for reasons beyond the organizer's control. If the prize item (EURO jersey with personalization) is no longer available, a EURO jersey without personalization will be offered as a replacement. The organizer will inform the winners immediately in such a case and will endeavor to find a satisfactory solution. The replacement item will correspond as closely as possible to the originally announced prize item in terms of value and quality.

4.2 Second Prize

Participants who scratch off a 15% discount code can redeem it directly via the online shop at anio.eu at checkout.Prizes can be redeemed until 31.07.2024. If a winner does not contact the company, the prize will expire on 01.08.2024.

5. Data Protection

Since the participant receives the scratch card through an order in the Anio online shop, the data protection provisions at https://anio.eu/policies/privacy-policy. In the event of the main prize, the winner submits the desired delivery address and the desired jersey personalization to the company.

6. Disclaimer

The organizer is not liable for damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize, unless they are due to intentional or grossly negligent conduct by the organizer. Legal recourse is excluded.

7. Other Provisions

The organizer reserves the right to change, interrupt, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice or stated reason if this is necessary due to circumstances beyond the organizer's control or if the competition cannot be conducted for legal or technical reasons.

9. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

Legal relations between Anio and the participants are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the organizer.

10. Returns and Revocation

1. Return of the watch and the scratch card: If a participant exercises their statutory right of withdrawal and returns the Anio 6 Kids Smartwatch, the scratch card must also be returned, regardless of whether it has already been scratched off or not. A prize already redeemed (main prize or discount code) will in this case become invalid and must also be returned.
2. Invalidity of the prize upon return: If the main prize has already been redeemed and the jersey has been personalized and shipped, the organizer reserves the right to deduct the value of the jersey from the refund amount for the returned watch.
3. Return shipping costs: The return shipping costs for a withdrawal are borne by Anio GmbH in accordance with https://anio.eu/policies/refund-policy.
