Terms and Conditions for the "Anio Friends" Customer Referral Program

1. Eligibility

1.1 Only adults who are natural persons residing in Germany or Austria are eligible to participate in the "Anio Friends" program (https://friends.anio.eu). 

1.2 Employees of Anio GmbH and their family members are excluded from participation.

2. Registration and Referral Link

2.1 To participate in the "Anio Friends" program, customers must register in the "Anio Friends" portal.

2.2 After successful registration, customers will receive a personal referral link.

2.3 The referral link can be personalized in the Anio Friends portal.

2.4 The referral link is valid indefinitely. The click on the referral link will be stored for each customer for 21 days. If the new customer makes a purchase after these 21 days, no commission will be paid to the owner of the referral link.

3. Reward

3.1 If a new customer purchases an Anio smartwatch with a minimum order value of €199 in the Anio online shop (https://anio.eu) via a customer's referral link, the customer will receive a commission of €15.

3.2 The commission will only be paid after the 30-day withdrawal period for the purchase has expired.

3.3 The commission will be paid exclusively via PayPal.

3.4 There is no limit on the number of commissions a customer can receive per month/year.

4. Promotional Materials

4.1 No promotional materials will be provided to the customer.

5.1 If you have any questions about the "Anio Friends" program, customers can contact Anio customer service at friends@anio.watch.

6. Changes and Termination of the Program

6.1 Anio reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of participation at any time or to terminate the program.

6.2 Changes to the terms and conditions of participation will be communicated to customers by email.

6.3 Upon termination of the program, no outstanding rewards will be paid.

7. Final Provisions

7.1 If any individual provision of these terms and conditions of participation is invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms and conditions of participation.

7.2 German law applies.

8. Entry into Force

8.1 These terms and conditions of participation shall enter into force on March 21, 2024.
